White Chocolate Chex Mix

6 c. corn Chex
6 c. wheat Chex
2 c. pretzels
2 c. m&m's
1 c. peanuts
2 10 oz pkg. white chocolate chips
2 T. oil

Mix all ingredients except chocolate and oil.

Heat chocolate and oil for 30 seconds in microwave, then stir. If fully melted, pour over cereal mixture. If not, heat another 20 seconds. (It's important not to overcook or burn the chocolate.) Mix with cereal mixture, then spread out on wax paper to cool.
