In Crock pot – high, 4 hours:
2 small pork sirloin roasts
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. salsa
Then shred the meat and put back into the sauce.
Rice:
2 c. water
1 chicken bouillon
1 T. dried onions
Sprinkle cumin into water, add:
1 c. rice when the water is boiling
Cook covered on low, 15 min.
Sauce:
1 pkg. Dry Ranch dressing mix (1T.)
3 t. salsa verde
1/8 t. Tabasco sauce
2 t. garlic
½ bunch cilantro, cut small – optional
¾ c. mayo
¾ c. sour cream
Blend and squeeze lime juice into sauce.
Thin with buttermilk if needed.
Flour tortilla (we like the raw ones that you cook on the stove)
Pork, rice, black beans, cheese, dressing. Lettuce, optional.
