4 broccoli crowns cut into bite size pieces
½ c. chopped red onion
½ c. sunflower seeds
1 c. craisins or other dried fruit
12 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled (cut it up first with scissors, then cook)
Dressing:
1 c. mayo
2 t. vinegar
2 T. sugar
dash salt
Pour dressing over salad, mix, and refrigerate an hour before serving.
