Mint Brownies

Brownies:
2 brownie mixes
Bake according to package directions in a greased jelly roll pan and allow to cool.

Mint layer:
6 T. slightly softened butter
4 ½ c. powdered sugar
6 T. milk
1 t. peppermint extract
4 drops green food coloring
Mix and whip until lt. green. Smooth on top of cooled brownies.

Chocolate layer:
1 ½ c. chocolate chips
8 T. butter
1 t. corn syrup (helps keep chocolate shiny)
Microwave on low heat, stopping to stir every 30 seconds until melted. Do NOT overcook. Spread on mint layer and chill.
