2-3 cups fresh baby spinach
1-2 cups fresh or frozen fruit
1/2 cup milk (more can be added if necessary)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 T. flax
1 T. wheat germ
tofu (optional)
sweetener to taste
Blend in blender until there are no chunks. A little more milk may be added if too thick to blend. Try experimenting with different ingredients.
